Great Night of Sparring!!

We had a great night of sparring tonight at Combat Fitness. We had almost 20 members in for pro practice. Team is growing and our guys are looking strong.

The new fitness center is open!!!!

The all new and improved Combat Fitness is now open!!! on monday March 7th we will begin operating our new class schedule. We also have new hours Monday through Friday 7am to 9pm and have classes throughout the day everyday with additional open gym! The new class schedule will be posted later this week!
